How long is the delivery time?
The delivery takes about 2 to 5 days from the moment of which we receive the payment. In the event your colour is no longer available, you will be notified.
What if I order a mosquito net and it turns out to be to big/small. Can I change it?
Yes, you can: You can return it (in original packing) enclosing a note with the requested size. The difference between the prices is to be payed/will be refunded. Transport costs will not be refunded.
I'm not home often, can the package be delivered?
Yes, the delivery is made by TPG Post. If you are not at home, they will try at a later date. If you are not home the second time they will leave a note that you can pick it up at the nearest post office.
Can I wash the net?
Yes, as written on the washing description which comes with the order.
If I order a net, do I receive a confirmation?
Yes, but only if you fill in your emailadress.
On the orderfrom I can not put my entire order, how do I order?

I want to order several products, do I have to pay more transport costs?
No, the transport costs for every order amount to € 5.00, also if you would order more nets.
Is it possible to collect my order?
To our regret, this is not possible, you can collect from the nearest post office.
Is there a garantuee on klamboewinkel.nl products?
Yes, there is a 3 months garantuee (with proper use).
I own a shop (eg. A bedshop), and I want to sell mosquito nets in my shop, can I?
Yes, you can, send an email or fax or post your company data.
Does Klamboewinkel.nl use my data for other purposes?
No, the data you fill in on the order form is only used to ensure the correct delivery of your order.
Can I order samples of the colours?
Yes, you can, we can send these to you. In your email name which colours you would like to see and mention your name and adress. Are the nets impregnated?
No, our products are not impregnated, which is necessary for malaria areas, that is why you can use our products all across Europe.
What material are the nets made of?
The net material is made out of 100% polyester.
